What this site does

Home of T3P®, Curia’s patented coupling reagent

Frankfurt manufactures phosphonic acid products including T3P, Curia’s patented reagent for efficient coupling, and VPA, a chromium-free solution for corrosion protection.

Hydrogenation from lab to cubic-meter scale

Hydrogenation equipment spans 300 mL to 1 L at lab scale and up to 1 m³ in the pilot plant, with both glass-lined and stainless-steel vessels available.

Chiral technologies and biocatalysis

Chiral technologies such as enantioselective hydrogenation combine with enzyme capabilities including lipases, ADHs/KREDs and transaminases to deliver selective, efficient routes to complex targets.

Distillation up to 100 theoretical plates

Distillation columns up to 2.5 m³ with up to 100 theoretical plates, vacuum down to 2 mbar, and the ability to distill low-melting solids give Frankfurt purification capabilities that few sites can match.

From 50 L to production campaigns

With reactors from 50 to 3,000 L, a pilot plant delivering 100 kg to more than 1,000 kg, and 48 m³ of total volume, Frankfurt scales complex small molecules, regulatory starting materials and specialty fine chemicals quickly.

How this site fits into Curia’s network

Origgio carries hydrogenation to 14 m³ scale and manufactures APIs and intermediates under GMP, a natural downstream partner for Frankfurt’s starting materials.

Rensselaer manufactures highly potent and controlled APIs at commercial scale in the US, supplied by regulatory starting materials from sites like Frankfurt.

Bon-Encontre adds continuous flow chemistry and scale-up to commercial ton quantities within Curia’s European fine chemicals and API footprint.

Springfield contributes large-scale organometallic, cryogenic and distillation chemistry in the US, complementing Frankfurt’s European capabilities.
