Curia Global, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, “Curia”) respects the privacy of individuals whose information is collected in the course of its business activities, including through Curia’s website www.curiaglobal.com (the “Site”) as well as while providing our products and services to you. This privacy policy (including any additional privacy notices referenced herein) (“Policy”) describes the collection and processing of personal information that may be obtained by us through the Site as well as other online and offline means, including trade shows, seminars, conferences/events, or other activities. In particular, this Policy explains how Curia (“we” or “us”) uses the information collected from users of the Site and other individuals whose personal information is collected during Curia’s business activities (“you”), how we protect such information, and what rights and choices you have with respect to our processing of your information.

Our Site may provide links to third party websites/content. Such third party websites/content are not owned or managed by us and therefore, we strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of the concerned third party websites if you choose to access them through the Site.

1. What Information We Collect and How

A. Data regarding access and use of the Site: Certain information is collected automatically when you visit the Site to read or browse through material or to download information. This includes IP addresses or domain names of computers you use to connect to the Site, internet address of the site from which you linked to the Site, date and time you accessed the Site as well as browser software and other parameters regarding your operating system and the IT environment.

B. Data provided by you: We collect personal information that you may voluntarily provide us (e.g., your name, contact information) by sending an email to an address provided on the Site, filling out a form or placing an order through the Site, or accessing your unique client portal (if applicable). You are not required to provide any of this information but your refusal to do so will make it difficult, and at times, impossible, for us to respond to your communication or enquiry. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

A. To pursue our legitimate interests which include but are not limited to (i) customer and vendor relationship management and administration; (ii)  network and information system security and detecting fraud or illegal activities; (iii) understanding how our website is used and identifying any issues or problems associated with the usage of the Site or with specific devices used to access the Site; (iv) developing and improving our products and services as well as analyzing, personalizing, improving accuracy, and enhancing customer/user experience, communications, and interactions; (v) promoting our products and services, including sending communications for marketing purposes (as permitted by law) (vi) protecting our rights and complying with our legal obligations, including but not limited to responding to requests by law enforcement, governmental or regulatory authorities, subpoenas or court orders; and (vii) to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our business or assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets or business transferred.

This Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States and the information collected through the Site is stored on servers located in the United States. A. We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates to conduct our business operations such as marketing, compliance, security, website or product/service functionality etc.

We also use Google Analytics which uses cookies and similar technology for the purpose of analyzing use of the Site and to optimize its functioning. Further, we use Marketo cookies to collect data on your visits to the Site and to help us understand your interaction with our Site and the communication we send (e.g., which links have been clicked, which emails have been opened etc.). Our Site does not currently support Do Not Track. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. 6. Additional Information for European Residents

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

Performance of Contract. We may use your information to perform our contractual services or prior to entering into an agreement with you. 8. Children’s Information

Our website and services are not intended for or designed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
