John Valley, PE, joined Curia in January 2020 as the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services. He brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to the role. Before joining Curia, John worked at Akorn Inc. for four years, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Science and Technology. Additionally, he spent more than 18 years at Hospira and Aventis Behring where he held various global and site roles with increasing responsibility. These included process and equipment engineering, project engineering, validation, operations program management and plant engineering management.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Professional Engineer license with the State of California.
