Brian Teets
Chief Transformation Officer
Brian Teets is Curia’s Chief Transformation Officer and a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s North American Commercial Restructuring group in Boston, with over 20 years of experience assisting companies in addressing complex financial and operational challenges from both an advisory and interim management basis.
His primary areas of expertise include liquidity management, financial planning and analysis, working capital management, and business plan review and development. His engagements have spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, oil & gas, financial services and manufacturing.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and strategy, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
