LogP/LogD

Assay System:

This assay is used to determine LogD/LogP of a test compound at pH 7.4 using a miniaturized shake flask method. Using measured pKa data, LogP is determined under conditions at which the compound is neutral.

Testing is conducted in collaboration with a trusted Curia partner.
