
Tom Randall
Chief Financial Officer (Interim)
Tom Randall is currently serving as the interim chief financial officer of Curia. In this capacity, Tom oversees Curia’s accounting, finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, treasury, real estate, tax, procurement, and sales operations functions.
Tom joined Curia in June 2016 as vice president, corporate controller, and treasurer. Since then, he has led all accounting, treasury, and external financial reporting activities, supported lender relations, and directed and supported numerous strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, dispositions, and the creation of a multi-functional global shared services center.
Before joining Curia, Tom was the executive controller of General Electric Company’s Renewable Energy business. Prior to his five-year tenure at General Electric, Tom was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s assurance services practice where he spent twelve years leading financial statement audits and one year serving as a member of the firm’s New England business unit professional practice network.
Tom is a certified public accountant registered in the state of New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business management with concentrations in accounting, finance, and economics from Siena College located in Loudonville, New York, and he holds a Master of Science in accounting from the University at Albany of the State University of New York.
